Everything went well, except pick up charge. Needed wheelchair in an emergency and could not wait for next day delivery. Picked it up myself, saved on delivery £12.50. When asked to pick up was told it would cost GBP 22.50 just for pick up, while delivery + pick up would have cost GBP 25. Apart from that all went well, oh, they charged me an extra week, but was told they would refund me, still waiting.
