The knee trolley was much safer than crutches particularly for people over 65. It would be good to be warned that the trolley can tip over if the legs get entangled with furniture and the edges of the trolley then cause quite bad bruising as a result of falling. If the edges were more rounded that would help. I had to use a sheepskin over the foam pads as they grazed my knee. The instructions would have been improved by a diagram of assembly. The terms and conditions were not written in plain English and could do with reviewing. Not very customer friendly. Sending to me and sending back was made very easy which was a big plus. What a pity they are so expensive to buy. The NHS could do with more of these trolleys.
