Very professional service - I rang 3x in total, firstly to order which was dealt with the super-efficiency; 1x at the end to return the wheelchair, I spoke to the same person. In the middle I rang to ask for an extra leg rest, they wanted me to call back, but when I said no, I am working they left a note for actioning on Monday and action was prompt. My only slight niggle was the strength required to tighten the leg rests with the Allen key. The leg rest came undone quite often when out and travelling over uneven surfaces.
