An excellent service. Very friendly helpful information via a telephone call.
Service was delivered and collected as stated.
The wheelchair worked very well but one of the handles was a little lose and one of the foot rests did not stay in the up position when the individual was getting in and out of the chair and the footrest strap was twisted. These were small problems and not severe enough to call for help but perhaps a more thorough check of the wheelchair needs to be made before leaving the depot.
Overall I found the service very good.
