Wheelfreedom is a very professional and helpful company to deal with. I went on holiday and left tne scooter keys at home. Kelly at Wheelfreedom contacted the manufacturer, identified that they had a spare key and agreed with them that they would send the key to me for next day delivery via DPD. Just had notification that it will arrive tomorrow.
