The company itself was helpful & the equipment very useful however, the delivery company was poor. The portable ramp arrived a day late due to being sent to the wrong place & made it very difficult for me to go out on the day it should have come. Equipment collection was very poor indeed. I waited in from 9-5 as instructed & they didn't come. At 5 pm I needed to post an important letter so rung Wheelfreedom for advice. They suggested I rung the courier which I did. The man was rude, offhand & unapologetic saying they'd be there by 6 pm. In order to catch the post WF suggested leaving things outside, so I did. On returning home, I brought everything in & the courier arrived at 8.30 pm!! Needless to say I thought this service bad. WF were sympathetic & I am grateful for being able to borrow the chair & ramp when I needed.
