The frame clamp on my Empulse F55 power add on had a fault on it recently so I got in contact with customer services who replied to me very quickly saying that the part had been ordered! James Harris kept me informed throughout about when the part was coming and arranged for it to be repaired today. It's a pleasant change to be kept informed of what is happening and James even let me know when they would be getting back to me next.
