The price was good and, being Georg Jensen, the item was great. But I can only give four stars given that Royal Mail "signed for delivery" turned out to be "leave £525 jewellery under a bush without so much as a note through the door" when there was even someone in! It was sheer chance that I'd sent the tracking link to the recipient who happened to check and find that the item had been "delivered". Absolutely appalling and I think it would put me off ordering like this again.
