I had a SMASH (full face lift) with neck liposuction almost 2 years ago. I went there because i wanted to use local anaesthesia (as it is much safer and faster to recover from). I also went there because of Dr Nishikawa. The man is a magician. At 55, I did not recognise my face in the mirror: saggy cheeks, double chin, I did not like that. Post surgery my face was me again, a tight well define jaw line, no more double chin, I am very happy with the results. For those scared of local anaesthesia, I don’t remember anything. I was given a sedative and I was straight away “away with the fairies”. The recovery of such big job is long though. Make no mistake and make sure to take several weeks off work. In addition the pricing was very reasonable, compared with other places down south, where I was quoted 50% more than at the Westbourne clinic by very arrogants surgeons.
