Ordered up a replacement alternator for a 1994 Lotus Elan, unfortunately the wrong alternator arrived - but in discussion with West Lancs they quickly arranged for the wrong alternator and the original to be picked up. They then sourced a correct alternator, as a goodwill gesture they gave a discount on the new more expensive alternator. I would be more than happy to use them again
