Sadly your service has been let down by the courier DPD. They text my phone to tell me the delivery would be between 12.30 -13.30. At half past two I tried to track, finally speaking to a human being to be told that it had been refused at the wrong address ! Well they had my contact number, so why not contact me? And get the right address ?So the customer help says they'll deliver tomorrow . I don't believe they attempted delivery just poor excuse, and equally poor explanation.this part was ordered Friday ! Please review your postal service!
