Online order process and information is easy to navigate and complete. Delivery communications were clear and regular and the package of venison arrived on time, in the delivery slot via couriers DPD. The meat and haggis were well packaged and cold inside their insulated box with ice packs. I kept it all in the fridge for 3 days before cooking. Both the haunch and loins were easy to prepare and, as a novice venison chef, I managed a perfectly pink roast on both! Both meats were superb-such a light flavour and the loin was like butter for tenderness-we had the most wonderful Burns Night Scottish supper and the haggis "roll" cut to perfect discs to cook and serve with our starter.
