Very poor customer service. I ordered a white bin and a red one was delivered, twice. This meant that someone had to be at home to receive the bin and await a courier to collect it. Then, without alerting me , the third bin was delivered and as no one was at home, I had to ask the courier to leave it in the front garden . No offer of compensation.
