Excellent service from start to finish. The website is easy to use, samples received always came with more choices than I asked for. Once the order was placed, goods were received within 5 days, and that's including the 24 hrs it took me to answer an email confirming some details. Fitting of the blind was easy, or at least my husband made it look easy. My only concern is that there is no way to return the sample. In these days of environmental concerns over the amount we throw away, I'd really like to be able to be able to return the samples for reuse.
