The delivery information and service was terrible. There was no indication when I ordered the product that the vendor did not have it in stock or that delivery would be dictated by anything other than the usual postal delivery times. I had to chase delivery a number of times. I was not offered an update unless I asked for it. I was not offered a part refund or a refund of the delivery fee. Poor customer service throughout.
