Quick enough to take my deposit. Was told my deposit was transferable to the Solihull branch. But when I tried to do this it wasn’t possible as the “tills” wouldn’t allow them to? But it’s all the same company so doesn’t make sense. Now £200 down and no dress! Not good customer service and still yet to find another dress. Upset is not the word. Would avoid
