I had the best customer service in the Cardiff store today from Megan, after walking into the store not knowing what I wanted, giving Megan a load of different ideas that I liked, she went and brought me the most perfect and beautiful dress that I instantly fell in love with! Megan was so patient with me, so helpful and so so lovely, I really cannot thank her enough, the best person helped me find my perfect dress today and it was everything I wanted and more, thanks again Megan, you don’t understand how much your help meant to me, I have a dress I have always dreamed of and it’s just perfect.
