Great experience overall. The bridal consultant Emma was very attentive. She listened to everything I liked and didn't like but also used her wealth of experience to suggest things I hadn't thought of. A really good experience for my first (and hopefully) last! The only downside was the huge wait due to the lack of appointments. We were waiting nearly 2 and a half hours to be seen. This could have been improved by us being checked in with and offered basics, like a drink of water. Absolutely nothing to complain about once I was assigned Emma though, she's fantastic!
