We had to wait over 2 hours to get seen for 1 bridal dress. There were plenty of dressing rooms and enough staff, so I don’t know why they kept us waiting so long. A new person came in and started hoovering for another 20 minutes after the 2 hours we’d already been waiting, before we were seen!
When I finally got to try a dress on they tried to sell me every accessory going with the dress. I just didn’t feel that the experience was a good one at all.
