Not very happy. I was due to receive my bridesmaid dresses in store for me to collect this Friday 25th. Two days before I am due to receive them I get an email saying they are going to be delayed and this is due to a global pandemic and supply chain.
I ordered the dresses back in April and paid for express delivery. If there was an issue with supply why am I being told this two days before they are due in !!!. I have booked time off over the weekend to go and deliver my bridesmaid dresses thinking they will be in store and now I am having to let my bridesmaids down.
Also I am confused as par to the email still why I have had to tell wed 2 be three times the date of my wedding as I told them when I ordered the dresses.
Charlie at customer services has been as helpful as she could be and I understand it is not her fault but I am very disappointed with the service I have received so far !!! I really hope my dresses are here by the third of July as it is pushing it for time. You have now added to my stress levels . Cheers !!!
