I was a bit disappointed at the start as I had to chase my online application but as soon as I started talking to Danny everything ran smoothly. I started talking on a Thursday and the van was collected on Monday. Andy who picked up the van did a very diligent inspection and did find some issues I never knew about. As such Danny and I came to a new agreement, money was transferred to my bank and within 5 minutes we waved goodbye to the van. Overall very good service.
