This was so straightforward. Was offered the full trade price over the phone and arranged for the inspection there and then. On the day of the inspection, John was incredibly professional. There were a few niggles that I knew about and had discussed openly when I booked the inspection. These did reduce the price slightly, but no more than expected. The inspection was completed, the price agreed and the cash in the bank within 30 minutes.
