first order took ages to complete as hermes failed to deliver one of the boxes.
second order took ages as some of the items were missing having mistakenly been packed (by me, so my fault) into third order.
third order took even longer to complete as hermes failed to deliver one of the boxes. as one of the boxes hadn't been delivered couldn't confirm items missing from second order had been received (wouldn't confirm what had been received with no reason given) so had to accept loss on offer two.
not a great experience.
