The app was very easy to use and you get quotes clearly and immediately. The sending and payment process was far longer than advertised. Chaotic Evri collection of boxes (someone just shoving boxes into their car boot!)9, which then took days to arrive with WeBuyBooks, and then there was another delay of days while they were verified and payment received. Don't expect anything like next day payment or the process to be as quick as advertised, but it does the job.
