I am just writing to let you know how impressed I have been with the service we have received from Sarah-Jane. She has always got back to us extremely quickly providing the best possible options for our company and making suggestions for us to save money, which as a charity is really important to us. When there was a mix-up with payment by our finance team, she worked tirelessly including checking her phone whilst off work in order to push the order through as soon as possible. This was so impressive, especially as the slip-up was 100% our fault, she still went the extra mile to get the product to us at our required date, even when that was kind of unfeasible!
