"Extremely disappointing. Website, products, user interface all look good and work well. Unfortunately their logistics are terrible. Our first order was delivered to a totally unrelated company - not directly their fault so we gave them another opportunity. Second order did not arrive in time for an important trade show - despite making it clear when latest delivery could arrive and requesting express delivery at our expense."
