Sounded like a great service to repair my phone screen in a van outside my house... meaning I'm only without a phone for an hour. Was worth £160... or so I thought! Technician actually gave me back a phone that no longer worked, then I was left with the stress of MANY phone calls to try and get someone to take responsibility. It was fixed after 13 days... and I was not offered any compensation for the hours of stress I had calling Wefix and Samsung (for some reason it was a warranty issue!) In this case it was definitely not worth having my phone screen fixed. I wish I'd kept my £160 and not had the stress of no working phone for 13 days! Customer service was appalling which only added to the stress of the situation. The technician was nice... he apologised for breaking my phone. It was customer service that was so bad!
