The process from beginning to end was perfect. We were quite taken aback from our initial enquiry Steve suggested an appraisal visit the following day. We were used to vague information and protracted arrangements in the future. Steve was very positive and clear what the process was. As good as his word he arrived the following day at the agreed time. We found him to be forthright and fair. The whole process was concluded within the hour, to our satisfaction Very pleased and amazed that the whole process from initial enquiry to the final outcome and the money in the bank before he left.
