Total rip off. If I could I'd give zero stars.
When we went to sell our car we were offered +£600 less than the on-line quote!
The reasons given 'well of course the 2nd hand car market is flat' um no sorry the 2nd hand car market is vibrant, I've done my research and 'of course the market fluctuates' sorry not by that amount in under 24 hrs
