I honestly thought this was such an easy process. It's funny all the horror stories you hear but I got a fair price for my car, more than the dealer was offering for PX in less than 40 minutes.
I think people that leave bad reviews have likely been dishonest about the condition of the car, and as such had massive reductions in the online offer. All I can say is be honest, and they will treat you fairly.
