Even allowing for the difficulties and delays caused by Covid, which we are all trying to work through, your exchange and refund processes are dreadfully poor and your customer services are non-existent - no response to emails, telephone calls are automatically disconnnected. Based on my experience I would say you deserve to go out of business. I will not be shopping with you ever again.
