Purchased an 11ft Wave Pro package and even after 1 (long) outing have been really impressed with the quality and look. Very happy. Customer service experience (email only) has been very positive (both Molly and Charlotte) and am very happy to recommend. I unfortunately lost or knocked off my fin during my first and only outing and as a gesture of good will I have been sent a replacement fin - which is brilliant. As a small company I know receiving honest reviews are important and whilst I have already recommended Wave to others looking at paddle boards, I do have a couple of suggestions. 1) Greater range of accessories please - double paddle for kayaking as previously suggested is a great idea. Replacement fins etc for each of the different boards. Dry bags? 2) I had tried the customer services number of a few occasions and it was always with a ‘sorry we are closed’ message, even after 9am and 10.30am on the weekdays I called. Whilst I was very happy with the email and the timely responses other may prefer to call and speak to someone
