We hired a 4 bed lodge with hot tub for four adults and 2 children. 4/5 start accomodation except that the shared bathroom leaked and was out of action. Once reported they acted very promptly and were apologetic. The centre itself was lovely, great for families. We hired a boat and went to Beccles for lunch. The staff in all areas were all very friendly, couteous and helpful. That makes a big difference and made for an enjoyable stay even with the bathroom issue. We are planning to go again next year.
