Although the desciption of the lodge and surroundings were adequate the restrictions for our dog were not highlighted or specified which would have influenced our decision not to book the lodge and we now will lose our deposit due to the specific restrictions for our dog in this rural location.
You should mention these restrictions in your advert then there would be no misrepresentation of this lodge and location as regards to the amount of rules regarding pets.
