The staff at Waterside were very good & did a great job of finding us holiday accommodation at such short notice.
Its a shame that the accommodation wasn't as good. The location was fantastic but the lodge was very dated inside with a terrible mattress which made sleeping difficult. The most uncomfortable sofa I've sat on & poor kitchen pans to cook with.
