My daughter and I booked a M - F break at ......... The accommodation was not as pristine as shown in your brochures but the problems we had were immense. Each day more than one thing went wrong some of these included heating breaking, fridge turned itself off twice, television in bedroom did not work as it was an old style and the digi box had been taken away so there was no chance of watching television in the bedroom, the shower in the second bedroom had to be fixed as broken and no hot water, the drainage was atrocious and the showers kept filling, the toilet did not take the water away and sewage was coming up. These are just a very few of the problems we encountered. When we reported it no one from management even bothered to contact us, when they said they would. The only person we saw was the under manager who took details after about two days and said the manager would contact us. Our whole holiday was spent staying in reporting defects and waiting for them to be fixed. After spending a long time trying to contact them the manager did call but said they could only give us a weekend in the house during December to February which meant we would have to travel all the way to Cornwall for one full day at the coldest time of the year. This was totally unacceptable and I would never use them again.
