Ordered a 250 ltr water butt which took 2 weeks to arrive despite my order stating 3-5 days for delivery. At no point during the order process was it mentioned that you had no stock of this spec. If there had been I wouldn’t have ordered it. It’s basically sales under false pretences! Very poor service; absolutely wouldn’t recommend.
