We ordered the 275L Noblesse Decorative Water Butt. It wasn't made clear on the website that this comes with a large wooden pallet. We asked the delivery driver to take the pallet away and he refused. We asked Water Butts Direct to collect it and they refused, telling us that we should leave it outside our front gate and a passerby will surely pick it up by the next day. It's been there for 4 days now and no one has picked it up. We live in SE London and don't have a car so disposing of it is a real pain. If we had known about the pallet before we wouldn't have made the order. We're disappointed that Water Butts Direct hasn't taken ownership of this issue- the pallet is theirs and not ours.
