Telephoned before I placed my order asking for information about a bathing cap and it wasn't expensive but I needed to know if it would let water in. Was told my hair would probably get damp/wet just around the edges but no guarantee which I accepted. At this stage the service was friendly and delivery was quick. On the 2 occasions that I swam my hair was drenched so not at all suitable so I 'phoned for further advice and any advice about what other caps on their site may be suitable. The lady I spoke with was also the person I first spoke to and she wasn't quite so pleasant as the first time. I was just stating a fact I wasn't criticising Watersports because it let too much water in. Certainly not impressed with the backend Customer Service.
