The service that I received was excellent from this company and I would highly recommend it. Originally, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part on-line. I sent an email at the weekend and the first thing on Monday morning I received a quick phone call from Jack (sorry I don't know his surname) who had sorted out the correct part and was able to inform me that they were expecting delivery within the next couple of weeks. Two weeks later Jack rang to let me know that the part had still not arrived but they were expecting a delivery shortly. I informed Jack that I would be on holiday so he promised to mark it for delivery after my return. I then had a phone call when I was back to say that the part was on its way. It was delivered on time and I installed it yesterday (and it all works!). I can not say enough how much I appreciated the level of knowledge and professionalism. I am a GP and would like to think that I always deliver this level of service to my patients - but unfortuantely I don't always the same level from on-line companies. Thanks Jack and colleagues - You are a credit to your company and I will always contact Water-Garden in Future should I need professional advice regarding my pond equipment. Many thanks Stephen
