I ordered 2 watch straps filling in details using apple pay which has the full address input automatically. The website did not register my house number. Addressed this issue in 2 emails and only received 1 strap and then got no response after trying to reach out.
After posting a review I managed to get a response to my second email and issue was dealt with.
The strap is ok, the curve does not fit the watch properly but I guess it just comes down to the watch you own. The strap is more suitable for thicker watches.
