After some unavoidably issues with the timings they turned up on time and started promptly. The representative was personable and clear. They worked on the car for 1.5 hours and cleaned thoroughly inside and out. I realise in retrospect i should have upgraded this to include more detailing as it would have helped define the black plastic better. Overall happy !
