This company clearly does not understand what Showroom condition means.
In the chat, I said I wanted my Lexus 450h bought back to Showroom condition.
I was advised to purchase their most expensive package, which I did.
The results, I'm not happy with at all.
When I contacted the company to complain, I was told I should have purchased a custom package.......what do most normal people think of when the term Showroom condition is mentioned?
Needless to say I will not use this company again.
You have been warned.....
