Such a great customer experience. I wanted to purchase a portrait picture but wanted to hang it landscape. I emailed to ask if this was possible. I received a very quick response informing me this would not be a problem and they would change the fixings on the frame for me. Delivery was very fast and the quality of the picture and frame for the price I paid was amazing. Best customer service I have received in a long time.
