Ordered Chesterfield Sofa & Chair. Sofa had structural faults soon after delivery.
Customer service very poor. After months of emails & phone calls I finally got the sofa repaired myself & asked Wallace Stacks to refund my repair costs……..still no reply.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS.
