Ordered a reproduction Eames Lounge chair and was told there was a 6wk lead time. Called after this time only to be told I should wait for a call from their delivery partner. No news. No communication of any sort. Called twice more and was palmed off both times, being told they were due in stock soon and I should expect a call from the delivery partner. It was clear there was very little link up with their delivery partner and I quickly lost cofidence in their grasp on the process and cancelled the order. 'Customer Services' at Wallace Sacks was nigh on non existent. Found it very hard to get hold of them. Would avoid at all costs. Have since ordered a chair from another supplier and arrived in 48hrs and was £100 cheaper.
