The order placed was received quite quickly and well packaged, but regretfully the picture was badly aligned and the inner frame badly cut with rough edges. I contacted the company immediately via email and communicated with a gentleman called Steven who could not have been more helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. It arrived today (27th July) and again very well packaged and this time in perfect condition. The picture looks great now, and the customer service received was of the highest standard in resolving my issues. A lot of companies fail in customer service, but Steven was excellent throughout. Thanks and will use this company again.
