Ordered a panoramic acrylic picture with a metal standoff, only to be told they don't supply that any more and now use metal clips. I emailed them back to cancel the order. No reply from them even after two further e mails. Credit card has been charged and I'm now told it's being shipped.
I'm sure I'll have to battle it out in the courts so beware future buyers they'll take your money even after you cancel the order.
