Ive had the unfortunate experience of claiming for the death of my lovely dog. I made a mess of the insurance & cancelled it - I have just had such caring Teresa re-open the policy and dealt with the claim in a very timely competant manner with all care & sympathy. The policy to start with wasn't the most expensive but reasonable but feel Ive had the best customer service & I have no hesitation in using this company again. I don't feel I would have had the same experience dealing with the Tesco's etc of the world. 6* care & attention.
