Great! I made a claim for an extortionate out-of-hours emergency vet's fee for what turned out to be a pretty minor injury that just bled a lot (panicky pet parent here!) - I was expecting the claim to be rejected on the grounds the injury actually could have waited until morning when my normal vets were open, but it was approved within a few days.
